Copyright / right of use

This website does not grant the use of the organization’s or third parties’ intellectual property. The content on www.nic-basel.ch is protected by copyright. The complete or partial reproduction, the electronic or other means of distribution, the modification, the use for commercial or public purposes (in particular, the embedding in a website) requires the prior consent of New International Church.

Payment terms

If you are not yet of legal age, the consent of your legal representative is required. The donations can be transferred in Swiss Francs. The amount of the donation money is not specified and depends solely on the donor! Donations can be made with Visa, Twint, Mastercard or Postcard. You will be redirected to the secure Postfinance payment setting.

Annulment

The transfer can be canceled during the payment process.

Return and cancellation policy

After the payment has been triggered, it is no longer possible to reclaim the money for organizational reasons. We thank you for your understanding and therefore ask you to think twice before making a payment.

Shipping

No tickets will be sent by post for the purchase entry to one of our seminars or events. The confirmation received with the email is also valid as entry authorization for the respective event.

Execution

The collected money is temporarily stored in the respective project account until it can be used specifically. The appropriate use of all funds is strictly monitored by New International Church.

Your donation goes in full, to the selected dedicated thematic fund and benefits the corresponding projects. All administrative costs are funded from unrestricted resources.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Liestal is the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from the contractual relationship. The legal relationship is subject to Swiss law.

Purpose of the donations

Depending on the note, your money will be allocated to one of the different accounts with a defined purpose. This system enables us to quickly help, where there is the greatest need for action. If you donate to the children’s home Safe Haven, for example, your money will go to the mission account and will benefit the children’s home in Ghana. Your donation reaches Safe Haven Ghana to alleviate hardship where it is most needed. If you donate for the House of Encounter or for another project, it will flow into the respective account.

New International Church is recognized as a non-profit organization and has gained increasing trust in recent years through reliable management. New International Church provides open information about its activities, uses donations effectively and appropriately, and has effective internal and external control structures.
